Permanent registration – Under § 61-3-321, MCA all street-legal motorcycles and quadricycles must be registered permanently. You may register a motorcycle or quadricycle for both highway and off-highway use by paying the fees for both uses.
The single permanent decal for off-highway vehicles is white and includes the abbreviation “PERM”.
